Mr. Rushdi Saeed Al-koshabThe Yemen Cultural Attaché was formed, largely in part, to manage and streamline the Scholarship Program and other scholarship programs issued from the Yemen's various ministries, universities and organisations. Yemen sponsored students have grown exponentially and is growing to meet the demands of the Yemen scholarship students, and to ensure their pathways from start to finish is as smooth as possible. Furthermore, it is geared towards promoting the growth of relationship between the Yemen and the Commonwealth of Malaysia on the academic, cultural, scientific and technological level. in addition, the Yemen Cultural Attaché in Kuala Lumpur (YCA - KL) is the official representative for Yemen's various ministries, universities and organisations.

YCA academic services involve:

1- Tracing and mentoring the student's academic achievement.
2- Follow-up with academic performance of the student's.
3- Establish communication with the students in order to solve their issues with the universities.
4- Updating and submitting student's academic achievement to their scholarship sponsors in Yemen.

YCA finance services involve:

1- issue the allowance transaction for all students.
2- review all the invoices and student's financial records.
3- sending the tuition fees to the Malaysian universities.
4- review and audit the Yemen cultural attach bank account for all financial transaction.
5- updating and submitting student's financial report to their scholarship sponsors in Yemen.
